Make This: Lemon & Ginger Immunity Tea

As warm summer days give way to subtle foliage and a cold nip in the air, it is time to protect yourself from the common cold or flu with this gently revitalizing immunity tea.



Ingredients (for 1 serving):

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 lemon wedge
1 cup hot water
2-3 teaspoons raw honey


  1. Boil water in a tea kettle or stove.

  2. Grate the fresh ginger over your favorite tea mug. Place a wedge of fresh lemon on top.

  3. Carefully pour the boiling water into the mug and let the contents steep for 5 minutes before serving.

  4. Add raw honey to taste.
