Congratulations on taking this important step to cultivate your brand. To proceed with a package, please follow the steps below:
01 – Orientation
Set Up an Intro Chat
If your project includes an intro chat session, please schedule this with us by completing the registration. This chat will give us an opportunity to share more about the design process, and for us to learn more about the origin story of your brand and your visual marketing needs.
Prepare for Our Chat
Please fill out this questionnaire prior to our chat. These questions will serve as a rough guide for our conversation about your brand, and it will help us learn more about your brand before speaking with you.
02 – Proposal & Contract
Accept Proposal
After our intro chat, we will follow up with a project proposal within 2-3 days. The proposal will contain our project recommendations, project timeline, and a project quote. Please accept the proposal as is or discuss any desired changes.
Complete Contract and Deposit
Once we have an approved proposal, we will follow up with a contract and an invoice for a 50% project deposit. The payment structure for all projects is 50% before project commencement, and the remaining balance to be paid before file delivery. The design process will only begin after this payment is received in full.
03 – Visual Research
Set up Pinterest Account
The visual research process will begin with a collaborative Pinterest moodboard, so we can better understand your vision. If you don’t already have a Pinterest account, please sign up for free. We will start off with an initial batch of pins and invite you to our moodboard.
Provide Feedback
Please let us know which pins align with your brand by repinning them onto the Client Selects category. We will do up to three rounds of this treatment so we can fully understand your vision.
04 – Style Guide
Approve Moodboard
After the visual research phase, we will submit a finalized moodboard for your review. Please approve as is or discuss desired changes.
Approve Style Guide
Once we have an approved moodboard, we will compile a style guide with type, color, and texture recommendations based on our moodboard by the assigned due date. Please accept as is or discuss desired changes.
Once we have an approved style guide, the design process will begin. Please sit back and relax while we submit the concepts to you by the dates indicated on our proposal.
